accessible to young science students. This workshop highlights not
only the best of those authors, but also the resources that are easily
reached by teachers and students. In addition, practical strategies for
integrating these resources into your science program are presented. Web
tools and teacher resources, such as Quia.com are explored as a means of
encouraging reading and writing in science class.
