| Description: | The National and most
State science standards have been strong in their support of evolution in a
meaningful science program. Yet, this concept can present special challenges
to teachers and schools. The focus of this workshop is to provide the
scientific and societal background to effectively integrate evolution into
your science program at various levels. In addition, an assortment of
resources, labs, and strategies are presented for teacher use.
Each scienceinstruction.org workshop is customized and the teacher comfort level with the technology is always taken into consideration when developing the specific level that the workshop will presented. |
